End User License Agreement (EULA) for SNIPIT Effective Date: 01/06/2024
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("User") and SNIPIT ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using SNIPIT, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use SNIPIT.
1. License Grant
1.1. Scope of Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use SNIPIT for personal, non-commercial purposes.
1.2. Restrictions: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on SNIPIT or its content without prior written consent. Sharing content is permitted only through app-supported methods.
1.3. Subscription: This license is valid only for the duration of your active subscription. Non-payment will result in termination of access.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
2.1. SNIPIT Content: SNIPIT owns all rights to its AI-generated summaries. All third-party content remains the property of the original sources, with proper attribution and links provided.
2.2. Prohibited Misrepresentation: Users may not falsely represent themselves as affiliated with or endorsed by SNIPIT.
3. Prohibited Actions You agree not to:
● Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code.
● Redistribute or share SNIPIT content beyond permitted app functions.
● Bypass security measures or exploit vulnerabilities.
● Use SNIPIT for illegal, offensive, or harmful activities.
4. Content Usage and Attribution
4.1. Third-Party Content: Links provided by SNIPIT direct users to third-party websites. Users must comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party sites. SNIPIT is not responsible for the content, legality, or policies of these sites. We recommend that you review the terms and policies of any third-party services.
4.2. Attribution: SNIPIT ensures proper credit is given to third-party sources.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1. Conduct: You agree to use SNIPIT responsibly and refrain from spamming, sharing offensive material, or engaging in negative or illegal activities.
5.2. Data Protection: Users must ensure the confidentiality of their account credentials. For details on data processing, refer to our Privacy Policy.

6.2. Liability Limitation: We disclaim all liability for indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data breaches, or service disruptions.
6.3. Service Availability: SNIPIT may experience interruptions or delays due to factors outside our control. We will take reasonable steps to address and resolve such issues promptly. Some categories may not update as frequently, but we aim for daily updates across most topics.
7. Termination We may terminate your license immediately if:
● You fail to pay subscription fees.
● You breach this Agreement.
● You misuse SNIPIT, including prohibited sharing or unauthorised reproduction of content.
● We identify actions that compromise SNIPIT’s security or operations. Termination does not limit our right to seek legal remedies.
8. End-of-Service Provision We reserve the right to discontinue SNIPIT at any time. In such cases, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance and provide pro-rated refunds for any unused subscription periods, where applicable.

9.3. Court Proceedings: If arbitration and mediation fail, disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, specifically in London.

10.1. Accessibility: SNIPIT is committed to providing accessibility for all users. If you experience difficulties accessing the app or its features, please contact us at info@snipit.digital for assistance.
10.2. Age Restriction: You must be at least 17 years old to use the app.
10.3. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
